# Journoa

Journoa is a proprietary B2B funnel diagnosis engine being built for founders, growth marketers, and SaaS operators who need to decide what to fix next.

Its seven stage pipeline turns validated person level funnel input into a diagnosis, growth map, recommendation, explanation, and recorded trace. When the evidence does not support an answer, the result can remain unknown.

Access to the engine is planned to be free. The REST/JSON API will be the first surface, followed by a remote MCP server, plugins for Claude Code and Codex, and a hosted workspace. These are thin adapters over the same engine rather than separate implementations.

Journoa is intended to become a community informed engine. Contributed cases and consented outcome records will be used to test where the method holds and where it needs to change. The engine code and methodology remain proprietary.

What it is:
- A deterministic seven stage engine pipeline.

- Each evidence value records its unit, timestamp, provenance, and sample size.

What it is not:
- The customer workspace is not implemented yet.
- Direct CRM and product analytics connections are still planned.
- Campaign generation, sending, attribution, account consensus, and cross company learning are not part of the first version.

Proof points:
- 189 tests in the latest verified merged baseline.
- 7 implemented engine stages running end to end.
- 33 play specifications documented in the methodology, with a deliberately small active pack.
- 30 documented judgment cases, with 9 selected for the V1 gate.

Build methodology:
Jai uses Claude Code and Codex to help write and review the code. Published research shapes the method. Frozen specifications, typed contracts, tests, and independent verification decide whether a work package is complete.

Current build status as of 2026-07-21:
- Complete: seven stage core pipeline, growth map, rendering, weighted loss correction, CI, and typed evidence.
- In progress: DecisionContext, prior attempts, and repeat prevention.
- Next: clearer evidence limitation messages, followed by the nine case V1 gate.
